What are the state requirements?

Salesperson Requirements

Broker Requirements After June 30, 2014, all licensees will have the same license renewal cycle and the same Continuing Education requirement which is 36 hours every 3 years with a minimum of 12 specific hours per year.
Continuing education courses will no longer be designated “mandatory” or “elective.”
The Indiana Real Estate Commission will annually determine the specific curriculum according to license type so that Continuing Education is current and relevant.

Are the courses approved for credit?
The Indiana Real Estate Commission has approved the courses.

What is required to complete the course?
Students must successfully complete all modules of the online continuing education courses and pass the end of course examination required by the state of Indiana with a passing grade of 75% or higher.
The 24-hour Broker Transition Course final exam requires a passing score of 70%.
